Do you know PayPal is not the only way to send and receive money globally? There are many alternatives to PayPal in other to receive money online. And one of the best services is Payza.
Payza previously known as AlertPay is an electronic wallet payment system founded in 2004 as AlertPay and later the company was rebranded and it also change its Name to Payza on 14 May 2012, it allows any business or consumer to send and receive internet payments securely and quickly using just an email address, Payza is available to users all around world. Thereby avoiding traditional methods such as checks or bank transfers. With its office headquarters in Montreal, Canada, Payza is available to users all around the world. Payza works the same way as PayPal, but support more countries and have lower transaction rates compared to PayPal.

If you are a freelancer, a professional or making any online income and has an issue with PayPal then Payza can be the best way to receive your payment. In this post, you will learn everything from creating an account to use it to receive payment in your Payza account & withdrawing to your bank account.
Create a Payza Account
Follow the step by step guidelines to create a Payza account. Keep in mind that you should provide your genuine details in creating of Payza account, Don’t give fake details in your signup process if you do so your transactions may be in RISK, SO BE REALLY CAREFUL.

To start creating Payza account CLICK HERE and then click on "Sign Up" link.

On the new page, you have to select the type of account you want to create. There are 2 types of account-



PERSONAL Account: It is the perfect account to get started, send and receive money from friends, family and other payments for FREE. The personal account does not have selling tools, but do have easy funding and withdrawal methods.





BUSINESS Account: It is tailored to meet all the needs of your online business. If you are managing a business under your business name, this is the account for you. You will have access to numerous online business tools to help your business grow online and you will have unlimited emails associated with your account. You will be able to manage multiple businesses with one Payza account. This account has transaction fees of 2.5% + 0.25 per transaction (additional fees may be applied to certain industries).

For the purpose of this tutorial, I am going to use a personal account if you also want to use personal account just click on the ‘Open Your Personal Account Free’ a window will just pop up. 


First, you need to choose your country do so by choosing the appropriate one and also select your salutation, insert your first name, last name, email address and password after filing those make sure you cross check to avoid typing mistake.

Now click on the agreement button and hit up the “GET STARTED” Button. You will now see a message in your screen saying that they have sent a message to your email address you have to check your mail and click on the ‘validate my email’ button or by clicking the link you see to make your account active.  


You have now verified your email address and you will be redirected to your Payza dashboard.



You need to complete the profile setup so that you can access your Payza account. Click on blue colored “Complete Profile Setup” link.

You will then get a popup window where you need to click on Get Started. Then it will ask you for your Work Details Here you need to provide your industry. There are many options but if you don’t find your industry, you can select Other & choose your job do so just make sure you will up with your appropriate details.



Click on Save details. It then asks you more details like Address, postal code, date of birth, Phone number & security details. Fill up all the details & then click Save & Finish button.

If all goes well, you will receive the message “You have successfully setup your profile”.


 Now you can start sending & receiving funds in your Payza account but in some cases due to security purpose in some countries before you start sending any money you need to send your id card for review.
