How To Increase The Overall Performance Of Your Slow Windows 10 PC

Like there must be many programs which start automatically when you start up the computer and cause it to start up slowly, the disk space is completely occupied, RAM is insufficient, unnecessary Softwares are installed, Windows system files have crashed etc. So, if you do not correct these things it may worsen the situation.  1. Restart you PC and open only the needed apps If you are facing the slow performance of your Windows 10 PC, there are the higher chances that many applications are running at the same time and using the RAM and CPU memory cycle causing your system for run slow. So, in that case, you need to restart your computer and then open only those apps which you need to work with. This will provide the space in the memory for the needed apps only.

 2. Check and remove malware Malware tends to slow down the performance of your PC. Malware can affect your system in many ways.  So, it is necessary to regularly check for all the malware if present in your system.

 3. Disable unnecessary startup programs Many programs start automatically when you turn on your computer. These programs run in the background so, you can not actually directly see that which unnecessary program is running on your PC.

 4. Uninstall unwanted Software All the software which are installed in your system use the disk space and memory. We have a lot of programs installed in our system but we do not use all of them. And if there are many programs installed then it is obvious that there would be less disk space left and more of the RAM is used by the software. So, if there are such software which you do not need and are still taking up your disk space then you should uninstall them. This will clear up space and the memory and other necessary programs will get sufficient space and memory usage.

5. Disable unnecessary animations Windows uses some animations in its functionality. These animations tend to slow down the performance of your system. If you disable these animations then it will speed up the system. To disable the animations, press Windows key+X >> setting>> visual effects>> adjust for best performance.

 6. Clean up your Browser If you surf the internet very much then there are the high chances that your browser will be highly loaded. So, it is advisory to add only a few add-on or extensions in your browser. As these add-ons and extensions use much memory resulting in the poor performance of the system.

7. Check for corrupted Windows system files The poor performance of your Windows 10 PC can also occur due to corrupted Windows system files. These corrupted files slow down the speed of the PC. So, you need to find and replace them with the newer files. To find the corrupted Windows system files you can take help of System File Checker (SFC).

9. Clean up your disk Well, it’s time to clean up the disk of your system if it’s completely full. Because when the computer doesn’t get enough space to work or load the programs, it performs slower. So, in that case just clean up your disk. To clean up the disk, you don’t require any third-party application to do the same. you can achieve this just by using the inbuilt disk clean up tool in the Windows and enjoy the improved performance.

 10. Reset your PC If the above tips don’t work for you then you need to reset your system. If you want to keep the personal files and you can choose that and then reinstall the Windows 10 on your PC. First back up your data, reset your PC and then restore your data.
